TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONDITIONS OF USAGE (FLY CASH IOS APP)


INTRODUCTION
FlyCash is operated by PLUS GAMES (“we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company registered in France.
By accessing or using FlyCash (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

SERVICES
FlyCash is a travel application designed to help you:
  • Track and visualize your visited countries, cities, and airports.
  • Explore travel achievements and statistics.
  • Search and view flight and hotel offers.
FlyCash may also include an optional rewards feature (“Gift Cards” tab), where you can choose to earn virtual Diamonds by completing digital tasks. This feature is not required to use the App’s primary travel services.

ELIGIBILITY
The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement.


USER CONDUCT
You agree not to misuse the App. In particular, you may not:
  • Interfere with or disrupt its operation.
  • Circumvent any restrictions we apply.
  • Access the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the App

OPTIONAL REWARDS FEATURE
If you choose to unlock the optional rewards feature, you may complete digital tasks to earn virtual Diamonds that can be redeemed for travel-related gift cards. This feature is provided via our partner adjoe GmbH and requires your consent before use.

UPDATES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FlyCash means you accept the updated Terms.


PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:
  • Use the app for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the app, including security features.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the app.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights in the App and its content belong to PLUS GAMES or its partners. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute the App without permission.


DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App is provided “as is” and without warranty. We are not liable for losses resulting from use of the App, except where required by law.


GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by French law.
